By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions
  • Are of legal age to enter into a contract
  • Enter into a legally binding purchase agreement with Gino Enterprise AB

AGREEMENT

When you complete a purchase, a binding agreement is entered into between you and Gino Enterprise AB once an order confirmation has been sent.
Payment providers such as Shopify Payments and card processors act solely as payment intermediaries and are not parties to the purchase agreement.

 

PAYMENT

We offer secure online payment options through trusted payment providers. All payments are processed in compliance with PCI DSS security standards, and we do not store any card details.

All prices displayed in our online store are shown in the selected currency. VAT is included for all EU countries, including Sweden.

For orders shipped outside the EU: VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are added at checkout and handled by us via UPS—no additional charges at delivery.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from Sweden.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Within the EU:
Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Germany, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy and France

Outside the EU:
United States & Canada

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping carriers:

  • Sweden and Denmark: BRING
  • Other European countries, USA & Canada: UPS

All orders are shipped with tracking. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address provided. If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and may be charged return shipping and handling fees for uncollected or refused shipments.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees for shipments outside the EU (USA, Canada) are collected at checkout and handled by us via UPS. No additional charges are due upon delivery.

For returns, original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION


We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur. Colors may differ slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings, and measurements are approximate and may vary within normal production tolerances. Fit may also vary depending on individual body type. We kindly ask customers to carefully review the size guide before making a purchase, as minor variations are not considered defects.

Our sweaters and hoodies are made from 100% cotton, a natural material that may shed some lint, especially before the first wash and when worn with contrasting colors. This shedding is normal and does not constitute a defect. The garment can be worn before washing; however, please note that shedding may continue until it has been washed. To reduce or remove excess fibers, we recommend washing the garment twice at 30°C on a gentle cycle. A short tumble dry on low heat (maximum 10 minutes) can help remove loose fibers. We also recommend washing separately for the first two washes.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-day returns worldwide.
EU/EEA customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read the instructions below carefully before returning any items.

Return Policy

EU/EEA Returns

Instructions for EU returns:

  • Use the printed return label provided with your order (UPS or Bring, depending on the destination country).
  • Include the packing slip/invoice inside the return parcel.

 

Returns from outside the EU/EEA (USA & Canada)

Instructions for non-EU returns:

  • Use the return bag included in your original package.
  • The return bag is pre-prepared for return to Sweden.
  • Nothing may be removed from the return bag.
  • The return shipping label and proforma documents affixed to the return package must remain in place.
  • Include your packing slip inside the return package.

Not following these instructions may result in additional customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges. Any such charges will be deducted from your refund, and the customer remains responsible.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from stains, perfume, smoke, makeup, pet hair, or other marks
  • In fully resalable condition

Refunds may be reduced if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

Shipping Costs, Duties & Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any similar charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or valid proof of return.

 

COMPLAINTS & DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you discover a defect or issue with a product, please contact us as soon as possible.

To file a complaint:

1.    Contact us by email.

2.    Provide your order number.

3.    Provide a description and photos of the defect.

If the complaint is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws in the country where the purchase was made. Return shipping for approved defects will be covered by us.

 

FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of returns, or violation of these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The billing information provided is accurate
  • You agree to contact us directly in case of any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute

Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Gino Enterprise AB shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strike, fire, flood, pandemic, or transport disruptions.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gino Enterprise AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
Swedish consumers may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, but mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence also apply.
